Born and raised in Togo, West Africa, my passion at a young age has always been to add value to small businesses. My mother ignited in me the entrepreneurial journey and the strong desire to help small businesses succeed.
My works and achievements coaching/consulting small businesses in Togo, over 7 years, were recognized by the State Department of US through the FULBRIGHT scholarship in 2006. This opened my expertise to small businesses in Canada and USA.
I have saved companies in US, Canada and Africa an average of 45% on operating expenses and cash collections that fueled their business growth. I increased their sales by an average of 80% through customer focused strategies. My approach is to help customers get what they WANT instead of what they NEED. That skill was endorsed by Bell Canada in 2010. With over 15 years of experience in operations, corporate finance, entrepreneurship and business development, I leveraged on those experiences to offer our clients the ultimate satisfaction in what they wanted.
My ability to walk alongside business owners allows them to work on their business instead of working in it. Certified Business and Executive Coach through John C. Maxwell program, I hold an MBA in International Business and Finance from Brandeis University, and a master degree in Economics.
Small and Medium sized business owners’ frustrations and struggles to manage their businesses are a daily challenge. My determination, my passion, and my resilience are credited qualities that I can bring to any organization. Having worked in different cultures made me an open-minded and culturally competent person, who can interact with people from different cultural backgrounds. My mission is to serve businesses worldwide in attaining exceptional growth through systematic business practices. I see myself as small business Physician.
